The Provincial Government of Cavite, through the Office of the Provincial Governor-Extension and Office of the Provincial Health Officer, assessed the wellness of its constituents in another health outreach program conducted at Brgy. Malagasang II-D, City of Imus, on August 12, 2023.
Medical practitioners from OPHO and Dr. Olivia Salamanca Memorial District Hospital teamed up to attend to the basic medical concerns of 459 patients, where they rendered actual consultation and provided healthcare advices. Afterwards, OPG-Extension personnel handed out medicines, vitamin supplements and insect repellent lotion free of cost to ease the financial worries of the residents, especially those in the grassroots level.
With the assistance of Barangay officials, health workers and volunteers, the medical mission program was a resounding success. (OPIO)
