The bustling community of Barangay Burol Main in the City of Dasmariรฑas witnessed a remarkable day of health and wellness spearheaded by the Office of the Provincial Governorโs (OPG) medical and dental mission team, in partnership with the Office of the Provincial Health Officer (OPHO) conducted on May 22, 2024 with more than 500 beneficiaries. The event was a significant step towards promoting accessible health care in the province.
Residents flocked to the event, where a range of essential medical and dental services were provided. These included comprehensive medical and dental check-ups, tooth extractions, random blood sugar testing, ECG and X-ray services. The mission also ensured that prescription medicines and vitamins were available to beneficiaries at no cost.
The event was further bolstered by the dedicated volunteers from the Kiwanis Club Hiyas ng Cavite and Parokya ng San Lorenzo Ruiz, whose commitment to community service played a crucial role in the day’s success.— OPIO
